Queen's Jubilee Day

Dear Parents,            

As a school we will be celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee on Friday 27^th May. We want to make it a memorable day for our children - one they will remember in years to come!

During the build-up to the day, our children will be completing different activities within their classes to find out about the life of our Queen and her reign. Class teachers will post any additional details on Class Dojo.

 

In addition, as part of this special occasion, we would like the children to come to school dressed in Red, White or Blue or a combination of these colours. We are also planning to hold a whole school picnic during lunchtime on the last day of half-term (Friday 27^th May).  Therefore, on that day we would like all children to bring their own picnic lunch or order a school packed lunch.

 

We hope the children will enjoy the celebrations in school and we hope for sunshine to help us celebrate our picnic together.
