Well-being Activity - Mindfulness Minutes
Remember we are competing in the 'Mindfulness Minutes Campaign'. Last week, we were second in the school! You can choose what you want to do for your well-being, these can include talking a walk, playing a board game, learning a new dance, listen to music, read a book etc. There are some suggestions under Week 2 on the Mindfulness Minutes tab to give you ideas. You can choose to do what you like as long as you like doing the activity (the longer you complete the activity, the better for our scores).
If you have completed anything throughout the week for your well-being, please email us how long you have spent so we can total up the year group's score.
