Continents Day March 26th 2019
On Tuesday 26th March we celebrated Continents day at HJS.
The Geography curriculum was enriched as children completed activities and challenges linked to finding out more about the continent their year group was studying.
Year 3 studied South America.
Year 4 studied North America.
Year 5 studied Asia.
Year 6 studied Africa.
A quiz, based on flag identification, was held with the winning entry by Bobby in year 3 winning book prizes. Well done to all who entered and correctly identified the national flags.
